How Do I Get Notifications on My Phone
If you looking to get native push notifications on your phone your have two options.
- Android - If you use an Android phone you can either install our progressive web app by clicking "Add Ripcord to Home Screen" when you login to ripcord on your phone. This will install our PWA & allow push notifications to your phone. Your second option would be to install the Ripcord Slack App to get notifications via Slack.
- IOS - If you have IOS the only option is to install the Ripcord Slack app and use Slack as the conduit for push notifications because IOS doesn't allow PWA to send push notifications.
