How to Leverage Scripts

Ripcord can coach your employees even when your human coaches are not available. These is a system wide setting that admins are able to configure.

We do this through automated scripts that can be triggered in two ways.

  1. At the start of calls - If you want all your calls to have a default script for your team to read, we can display this script at the beginning of the transcript at the start of every calls
  2. Keyword Specific - If certain words are said during a call or meeting, Ripcord can automatically display the script of your choice. This is a GREAT way to give specific pointers about hard to remember tid-bits of your sales process such as technical terms, competitor differentiation & any other information you team may not already know.
